Start the Year Healthy! Discover Your Ideal Preventative Maintenance Program
Well-maintained HVAC mechanicals and building control systems use energy more efficiently, help extend equipment life, and ensure consistently comfortable building spaces. The way you use your building will determine the level of the preventative maintenance program that fits you the best.
New Roadmap for School IAQ
A first-of-its-kind standard for healthy indoor air quality (IAQ) includes HVAC maintenance and IAQ monitoring. The certification from Healthy Green Schools & Colleges is designed to help facilities realistically implement and sustain improvements.
ASHRAE committed to develop an IAQ Pathogen Mitigation Standard in 2023.

OSHA’s 2011 publication IAQ in Commercial and Institutional Buildings refers to ASHRAE 62.1, Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality, and ASHRAE guidance on ventilation was noted by the CDC during the COVID-19 pandemic. Going forward, measurable indoor air quality may become a clearer compliance issue for facilities.
