New Years is a time of reflection and resolutions. As we look back at our impact in 2024, we look forward to growing our mission in 2025. At EcoAction Arlington we resolve to be optimistic. We are committed to educating, acting, and advocating for our environment; we'll stand firm in that commitment in the coming years. Thank you for standing with us. Your support and generosity allows us to continue our programming and services into 2025. We look forward to working with you in 2025. We are proud to partner with Volunteer Arlington for the MLK Day of Service. Volunteers will clean up trash and debris from a local park. All ages are welcome. Adults must accompany children under 13. Free.

Mackenzie Faust joined EcoAction Arlington in October 2024 as the Administration Assistant for our Tree Planting Program. She currently resides in Knoxville TN, and is working remotely to support our mission to grow the tree canopy in Arlington County.

It was the most wonderful time of the year at our December 10 social at Café Sazón! New & old friends gathered, including board members and partners, such as Defensores de la Cuenca, ECDC, Sierra Club, and FACS. A big thank you to our wonderful host Café Sazón.

A small, but mighty crowd from Amazon, one wonderful Master Naturalist, and two eager volunteers helped remove invasives from Fort Scott Park on December 18. Five organic bags of invasive plants were removed from the park

A big thank you to our friends at Bartaco in Ballston for keeping us fueled with delicious tacos during our Young Professionals Focus Group meeting on December 6. Some incredible young professionals, full of ideas and energy, attended the Focus Group for an impactful conversation!
