Did you ever meet Jerry Phillips? "Miss Jerry" was a great example of Carmel's first Big 3 goal- Gospel Generation. Jerry served our preschoolers for years on Sunday mornings, before going to Heaven this past November at the age of 84. Be encouraged by reading Miss Jerry's story here.

And we invite you to help identify new men to serve as elders and deacons. You can view qualifications and prayerfully submit nominations by February 7 at carmelleader.org. If you prefer the old school approach, printed nomination forms are available at the Welcome Center.

Praise for the opportunity to worship together...and for the Lord's protection on Christmas Eve! When the Advent wreath in the Student Center at the 6pm service caught fire, Executive Pastor David Bass ran the flaming wreath outside before the situation became more serious!
