Isolated/Scattered Severe Storms Possible
Potential for storms Wednesday into Thursday…A marginal (level 1 of 5) risk of severe weather is expected for our southeast AL. We're also monitoring the potential for severe weather on Sunday of the upcoming holiday weekend.

Overview:
Scattered to isolated storms, with a few potentially being severe, are expected on Wednesday afternoon. The potential for storms exists into Thursday, though the coverage of severe storms at this time will be more isolated on Thursday. The primary concerns will be damaging winds in any strong/severe storms but a brief tornado can't be ruled out.

Severe weather is also possible on Sunday into Sunday evening as a strong cold front moves through. At this time, uncertainties are too large to mention any specific threat of severe weather across our area on Sunday, but please monitor forecasts through the week regarding the severe weather threat.
