Join us THIS SUNDAY (12/31) for our third annual New Year's Eve Fitness Blast! Members and nonmembers will have the opportunity to sample up to 3 of the following 25-minute teaser classes:
Cycle with Gary (9:15AM, 9:45AM, or 10:15AM)
TRX with Jen (9:15AM, 9:45AM, or 10:15AM)
Strength with Josh (9:15AM, 9:45AM, or 10:15AM)
Zumba with Judith (9:45AM)
Cadence with Maria (9:15AM, 9:45AM, or 10:15AM)
Barre with Mykala (9:15AM or 10:15AM)
Yoga with Wendy (9:15AM, 9:45AM, or 10:15AM)
We'll meet at 9AM on the gym court for an introduction, break off into the 75-minute 3-class workout of your choosing (5-minute transition time between classes), then return to the gym floor for a group cool down and send off!
Nonmembers: register online here to save you time in person! Members are encouraged to register, too, to help instructors plan accordingly!
