Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

This may be the best class you will ever take!!
The one-hour Functional Circuit Training class combines a focus on strength training stability and core while keeping your heart rate up moving to different stations. It's coached by an Athletic Trainer. This class may include hand weights, bands, tubes, stability balls, balance equipment and kettle bells. The variety of tools and the challenge of mastering these activities will make your workout fun and effective! All levels and abilities welcome.

This Basic class is a Safe beginner program for seniors with instruction and supervision from an Athletic Trainer
Incorporate Flexibility Balance & Stability into your workout. A well developed sensory-motor system is critical to life and health. Most exercise programs fail to adequately train an individual's balance & coordination. This leaves the individual with a disproportional level of fitness and predisposes them to injury. Incorporating specific functional exercises that challenge the body's nervous system to improve sensory-motor function is advised for optimal performance and quality of life.

Balance and Stability next step Instructed by an Athletic trainer. Proprioception refers to a sense of joint positioning. This is a subconscious understanding the brain has of its joints and limbs. Kinesthetic sense is the ability to sense where you are in 3-dimensional space. Both of these require a sensory understanding that depends on a strong relationship between the parietal lobe in the brain, spinal cord & peripheral nerves, and the muscle/joint receptors of the body.
New Basic Buka Bike Free Class

Basic Buka Bike is a beginner to intermediate class designed to introduce members to the benefits of Group Cycling and interval training. Bikes that tilt, lean and bank turns. The bike classes are unlike any other indoor cycling class you've taken. A challenging experience you won't want to miss.

Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be 'Fun and Easy to Do' allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training.
