GUESTS:

We love when you bring guests to class!

It's important, however, that all newcomers have an Orientation Phone Call

with a TT Team member prior to their first class

- unless they are visiting family members.

So kindly email nycstudio@tomtodoroff.com at least a day in advance of

bringing a guest to class, or if you meet someone interested in attending class,

let us know and we'll be happy to follow up!

WE CANNOT ACCEPT WALK INS.

This allows us to maintain our safe, supportive, creative group dynamic!

SIGNING UP TO WORK AFTER 6:30PM:

Please sign up by or before 6:30pm to perform in class.
Any latecomers who sign up after
6:30pm will not be guaranteed to perform.

For students who need to come in late after work, we ask that you
email us ahead of time at nycstudio@tomtodoroff.com
so we can sign you up accordingly.

PAYMENTS BY 9PM:

Please do not wait until the end of the night to drop your tuition in the box.

All tuition payments must be dropped in the box beside Tom's chair

by 9PM or earlier on class nights in order to ensure they are counted for that class.

CLASS PROTOCOL:

Out of respect for the class and for your fellow actors, PLEASE:

1) Arrive and sign up to work (as necessary) between

6:00pm and 6:30pm on Wednesdays.

2) Do not leave until class ends at 10:30pm

unless your early departure has been cleared with Tom.

If you are signed up to perform and you need to leave early,

please make sure the production team knows.

3) No food or drink in the theater. Only water is allowed.

If you have food, please leave it in the lobby and eat it during breaks.

4) Take all trash/personal items with you as you leave class.

Please throw out food items in the garbage can in the lobby - not the bathroom.

5) Any props or costumes you bring in must be taken out at the end

of the night.  We do not store props or costumes in the theater.

6) All furniture and props designated for class use can be found on the stage
at stage right.  Items found in any other part of the theatre are off limits.

Thank you!
