NEW YORK, NEW YORK—Retired NYPD Detective and co-host of the Gold Shields podcast Tom Smith endorses Caroline Shinkle for Congress in New York’s 12th Congressional District. Smith is a retired 2nd Grade Detective with the NYPD, having served in a number of units including Bronx Narcotics, Bronx Gang Unit, 52nd Precinct Robbery Squad, and the FBI/NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force.
