Name it: “I’m feeling ___.” (tired / overwhelmed / stressed / distracted)

Breathe: In for 4… hold 2… out for 6. (Do 3 rounds.)

Pick one tiny next step: “My next step is ___.” (refill cups / greet parents / set out centers)

Tiny boundary script (when you’re stretched thin):
