New York State Gaming Commission Chair Brian O’Dwyer to Address Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY: The Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga (RGCS) announced that Brian O’Dwyer, Chairperson of the New York State Gaming Commission, will address attendees on Wednesday, August 12, at 8:30 a.m. O’Dwyer, who leads one of the nation’s most influential regulatory bodies, will provide timely insight into New York’s gaming landscape, regulatory priorities, and the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping the future of gaming in the Northeast.


O’Dwyer brings decades of experience in public service, regulatory oversight, and legal leadership to the conference. As Chairperson of the New York State Gaming Commission, he oversees one of the most complex and diverse gaming jurisdictions in the country, including casinos, sports wagering, racing, charitable gaming, and lottery operations. His perspective is widely respected across the industry, making his participation a key highlight of this year’s program.

The conference will also feature NBC’s Steve Kornacki, who will headline a discussion called “Concentration, Competition and the Future of American Horse Racing.” Other session topics will include:
