SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY: Following New York’s landmark selection of Bally’s, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Metropolitan Park and Resorts World New York City to develop the state’s three downstate casino resorts, the Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga (RGCS) will convene a timely discussion examining how these transformational projects will reshape gaming across the United States.
The conference, taking place August 10-12 at the Saratoga Hilton, will feature “Downstate Casinos and the Future of Gaming in the Northeast,” a forward-looking panel exploring the competitive, economic, and regulatory implications of New York’s newest casino developments.
The selection of the three operators marks one of the most significant gaming expansions in the Northeast in decades. With billions of dollars in planned investment, the projects are expected to redefine New York’s gaming landscape while influencing competition throughout the region. The panel will examine how the new casinos may affect existing gaming markets, horse racing, tourism, tax revenues, employment, and future investment opportunities across the United States.
