How do I register?
Appointed agency principals, appointed brokers and policyowners can go straight to life.zurichna.com and register for the site.
BGA and broker staff will need to be set up in our system first. Later today, we will send an invitation to agency principals asking them to submit the names of staff members for access to the site. We will authorize them on our system, and then send each staff member a welcome e-mail inviting them to register on April 12th.
What information will the website provide?
In addition to product and marketing information, the new site will provide real-time inforce policy information and broker appointment information.
What about pending case statuses?
Our teams are actively working on adding this functionality to our site and anticipate rolling this out along with other enhancements later this year.
How will Zurich roll out the new site to brokers and policyowners?
In the coming weeks, Zurich will send a flyer to appointed brokers and current policyowners inviting them to register for the portal. We will also include the information in policies and broker appointment letters. You are welcome to share the web-site to your brokers and policy holders beginning on April 12th as well.
