Soon, Wellabe's Agent Sales Support authentication system will be updated. Here are the steps you’ll follow when you call in.
- You’ll be asked to speak (or enter via touch tone) the last four digits of your Social Security number and your five-digit ZIP code. This information should match what is on file in our system.
- The system will provide the first name associated with the information entered, and you’ll be asked to verify if this is correct.
- Once authenticated, you’ll hear our updated greeting and will select where you want your call routed from the prompts.
The sales support representative taking your call will receive a screen pop-up letting them know who is calling, so no additional authentication will be necessary as long as you were correctly authenticated.
