New and Exciting Changes are COMING!
As you may already know, we have been busy at Mid America Tile over the past 6 months, working to implement a new business software (ERP) system to better serve all of our Mid America Tile partners! Our goal is to provide a system allowing you to: 
  • Access an enhanced Customer Portal that is easy to use and navigate. 
  • Check real-time pricing and inventory, anytime, anywhere!
  • Place orders for samples and/or product, 24/7.
 
This will be done in three phases, set to be completed by the end of the year. We are excited to announce the launch of PHASE I on Monday, September 28. This will provide internal access to the new system. To prepare for this:

MID AMERICA TILE WILL BE CLOSED FROM FRIDAY, SEPT. 25 at 2 P.M. – MONDAY SEPT. 28 at 8 A.M. Regular operating hours will resume on Monday.
This includes Romeoville and Elk Grove Village location
offices and showrooms. 
 
While we will be working through the weekend, trying to anticipate any obstacles beforehand. We do also ask for your patience as we go live on our new system. 
 
Starting on Monday, September 28, you will not be able to access our customer portal (COLA). We encourage you to contact your sales representative or our Customer Service for any pricing, inventory or ordering needs. 
 
We also have implemented a new pricing email ([email protected]) that will be monitored closely, including after hours, to ensure we are handling all inquiries as soon as possible. 
 
We could not be more excited to see our new system in action knowing it will help us provide the level of customer service that we strive for everyday!
