We're pleased to share that the PopHealth Analytics reports, including the Population Navigator tool, in the CRISP DC HIE Portal (https://idp.crisphealth.org) are enhanced with new features to help you navigate reports more easily.

What’s new and improved in the Population Navigator tool?

The Population Navigator tool now shows all the filters actively applied to the user’s selected panel on the top of the screen. This includes any filters selected from the Measures pane on the right.

What’s new and improved across all PopHealth reports?

All the PopHealth reports now include a calendar view along with date sliders to help users select a date range while viewing the reports. The selected dates also persist across dashboards and report cards allowing users to navigate the reports with ease.
