Proposals are due Feb. 19, 2020, by 2 p.m., and may be submitted either by mail or hand delivery at 4100 International Plaza, Suite 510 in Fort Worth, TX 76109 or by email at [email protected], until the date and time shown above. A completed bid package and bid proposal form is required with each bid and can be found in the Bid Packages folder.
