New at Bachmann Trains: USRA 0-6-0 Econami DCC Sound Value-Equipped Locomotives

Designed as a standard light switcher by the United States Railroad Administration during World War I, the USRA 0-6-0 was one of the most successful small, tendered steam locomotives in North America. Featuring many standardized components, this plucky locomotive was suited to a variety of duties, from yard and industry switching to branchline freight work. Bachmann is excited to announce an update to the HO Scale USRA 0-6-0 utilizing new and existing tooling and featuring enhanced details with roadname-specific features such as prototypical tender styles and headlight arrangements. This reimagined classic also comes factory-equipped with dual-mode Soundtraxx® Econami™ DCC featuring a selection of whistles and bells, realistic chuffs, air pump, dynamo, and cylinder cock effects.
