Most importantly, if you already have a bar code that is working, you DO NOT need a new one. This process is ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A WORKING BAR CODE.
If you need a new bar code for your car, there is a process you need to follow to ensure your car is properly registered and your bar code is activated. It's a two-step process. You first fill out your paperwork and later return for the bar code.
The first thing you need to do is come to the Security Office near the Tilford tennis courts to fill out your bar code paperwork. You can come by any time during office hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm. YOU DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO FILL OUT THE FORMS. Once you complete the forms, you turn them in to security. But you WILL NOT immediately receive a bar code.
Due to the large number of requests, it may take several days to enter your information into the system.
Once your information is in the system, you will receive a call from security to make an appointment to apply your bar code to your car. Appointments are Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 12:00pm. YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE YOUR BAR CODE AT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. Please do not arrive without an appointment to get your bar code. You will be turned away. Please do not miss your appointment time.
