We are expanding our Sweet Brook Farm products to include their premium quality, Berkshire County raised, grass-fed and finished black angus beef products too! We are excited to include fresh beef from our local family owned and operated farm partner, Sweet Brook Beef Company. We look forward to getting the new beef products from Sarah and Darryl Lipinski this weekend in time for the 4th of July BBQ's!

The farm's history stretches back through 8 generations in Williamstown, 5 of which include maple syrup farming, but Sarah and Darryl are the first to raise grass-fed and finished beef cattle on the family farmlands of Woodcock and Oblong Road. 

Sweet Brook Beef Company raises Black Angus on 60 acres of pasture, which graze on protein rich grasses and clover through the summer months and are fed hay produced on the farm during the winter. The farm follows a National Resource Conservation Service grazing plan, a program funded by the USDA to ensure the soils and wetlands on the farm are protected for many future generations of food production. The beef from the farm has an exceptional flavor, which is rich, tender, and juicy. All beef from the farm is processed at a USDA-inspected, woman-owned facility in Terryville, CT, Plymouth Meats, LLC. The beef dry-ages for 3 weeks before it is cut, vacuum-sealed and flash frozen. Sweet Brook Beef Company prides itself on their high quality beef, happy herd, and dedicated stewardship of the historic farmlands in South Williamstown.
