UNITY SPRING CLEANING GARAGE SALE RETURNS

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28th

and

SATURDAY, MARCH 1st

9am-3pm

Under the guidance, inspiration and direction from the powerful organizational team of Kristen and Karl, Our Unity Fundraising Event continues and they have invited all of us to join the fun. This year we will focus on cleaning out the clutter ! ...but... WE NEED YOUR HELP!

There are items lining the hall at Unity which need to be priced, there are goodies to bake for the bakesale, and we need your GOOD, CLEAN items in working condition.

DROP OFF ITEMS at UNITY starting Thursday, February 13th. If no one is here, leave under porch....or better yet call Karl and he can come and meet you here. Karl 360-305-4152

Would you like to be in charge of an area (ie. clothing, small appliances, housewares...etc...)

Simply call Kristen and Karl and they will set you up!! They have great energy and lots of new ideas to make this sale spectacular.

MEDITATION, YOGA, KIRTAN, SOUND AND CRYSTAL BOWLS

Yogananda Meditation meets Mondays at 3:15 PM: at UNITY's Hearth Room. Call Michael at 360-390-8630. They will start with 1/2 hour of Kirtan Chanting.

Bahai's of Jefferson County meet on the 3rd Mondays at UNITY. All are welcome to join them for Devotions, Music & Prayers for World Peace. noon till 1pm.

Michelle Edwards will bring her beautiful Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls for an hour session of sound and healing. Enjoy the frequencies as you raise yours. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable: a pillow, yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Call 510-331-4076 to reserve a space.

COMING MARCH 2nd TO UNITY OF PORT TOWNSEND.

Sharanam AnandaMa will be our guest musician at Unity's Sunday Service, March 2nd and will present a WORKSHOP in the afternoon.

Sharanam AnandaMa plays music that is a cross cultural experience. He calls his musical transmission, "Rhythm and Bliss"….a flowing style based on "Raga Style" music from India, played on the the American folk instrument the Mountain Dulcimer. His main instrument, named Oceana is a Queen among dulcimers…designed by the Great Goddess as channeled by Sharanam, and built to a World Class standard in 1977…in nearly a 50 year relationship now, the instrument and the player have become one…the sounds is sweetly harmonious, fluid, and soaring, and truly unique. Accompanied by the Indian Tanpura this music is ideal, for Meditation, Kirtan, Yoga practices, and free flowing dance movement. Namaste…

Sharanam leads programs in Meditation and Bhakti Yoga. His goal is to help individuals attain Spiritual Liberation.
