" We are all woven together in the great web of humanity, and whatever we can do to benefit and uplift others will reflect in blessing upon ourselves. "
Happy Sabbath! We hope you can join us this week!

Bookkeeper, LeRoy Jackson, Reports a Healthy Church!
Would you like to hear some good news for a change? Brother Jackson reported, at the Wednesday night board meeting, that our congregation was very faithful returning tithes and offerings during the time we discontinued services, from mid March through May. During the height of the pandemic, the Gettysburg congregation either mailed or used the secure online portal to submit their offerings. He reports that the Gettysburg Church is in good financial health, as long as we keep it up! He also noted that this was highly unusual as there are reports that other churches are struggling to make their bills during the pandemic. Let's all praise God for this good news!
Principal, Rose Gamblin reports that the school received grant money to cover costs related to the Pandemic, including dollars to pay for PPE and janatorial services.

She made a proposal to use two Sabbath School rooms in the fellowship hall for extra classrooms for the school. It was agreed that this would be covered at the next business meeting. She went on to explain how the school expansion to church property will benefit the church, indirectly. She will go over the various perks at the next business meeting.

Security cameras are another topic to be discussed.
Pastor is very impressed with the evangelist effort that is currently progresshing at the Hanover Church. The numbers are very high considering there was a break due to COVID-19 Pandemic. Altogether there are approx 35 attending, including the church members. Prophesies of Hope is on Tuesdays at 7 PM at the Hanover Church.

For those, at Gettysburg, wishing to have Sabbath School, try out the Zoom Sabbath School led out by Bill Waring of Hanover. He invites you to connect at 9 AM to 10:15. This will give you plenty of time to go to church for Worship!
