Children's Chapel Returns this Sunday

On February 11th our K-5 kids will process out of the church after the anthem as usual, but this week we'll head downstairs to join our preschool friends for a joyful Children's Chapel in celebration of the upcoming season of Lent, complete with story, special offering, and music.

Families of Toddler-Pre-K Kids, Let's Learn About Lent with Activity Eggs

This year during Lent, the families of our toddler-Pre-K kids will be receiving Activity Eggs each Sunday beginning on February 11th. These eggs, each with a special activity inside, will help introduce our youngest children to one of the greatest mysteries of the church year. There are twelve eggs total, one for each Sunday in Lent, for Ash Wednesday and the days of Holy Week, and one more to kick off the Easter season. Simply show up to church on Sundays to receive your eggs, but if you have to miss a week or two you are welcome to email Martha to find a time to pick up your eggs.

Get Your Forks and Napkins Ready - It's Pancake Supper Time!

Everyone's favorite syrup-soaked event of the year is coming up on February 13th from 5:30-7:30.... That's right, it's Pancake Supper time! Tickets are available for purchase after church and at the door ($7 individual, $15 per family), and we'll have pancakes, sausage, baked apples, door prizes, and tons of fun.

EYC, we need you! Servers, bussers, drink pourers, and anyone who looks great in an apron is on deck to help make this event a great success.

EYC Welcomes Jankoba Sambola on February 18th
