Tuesday morning at 9am we hold a Tabata class, that is combined with our Ball/Core class. Bring your own stability ball if you wish to use one. But if you do not, you can do the class without a ball. All exercises suitable for both with and without a stability ball, and will vary from week to week.
Tabata works in 20 second intervals with 10 second breaks for 4 minutes per exercise. This class works the whole body strengthening and tightening by working each muscle group thoroughly.
