New Video! Heat Tunnel with Emergency Auto-Lift
Watch our Emergency Auto-Lift (EAL) raise the heat tunnel high above the conveyor. In the event of a power failure and/or when the operator stops the conveyor by E-stop button, this optional safety feature stops the conveyor while pneumatically raising the heat tunnel so the heat can dissipate.

New, Automated Bottling Line Doubles Production Rates
As Seen in PMMI'S Healthcare Packaging
Nutrition product manufacturer Global Healing Center, Houston, Texas, has more than doubled production from 2,200 bottles per eight-hour shift to 4,800 bottles per eight-hour shift by replacing its manual bottle filling process with an automated system from Deitz. The new line features:

  • desiccant inserter
  • cotton inserter
  • capper
  • labeler
  • tamper-evident bander
  • heat tunnel
  • rotary turntables
  • conveyors

This marks the second time Deitz has been asked to serve as consulting engineer and supplier to the company. "We purchased from Deitz because their machines have a reputation for quality, reliability and affordability and their people are experts in the field," says Lenny Amado, chief manufacturing officer. “With Deitz, we've been able to upgrade manual tasks to a modern, fully automated line and it was also well in line with our budget.”
