Happy New Year!
This year, we want to recognize all of you #HomeownerHeroes, vintage home owners like you who are revitalizing Chicago neighborhoods one property at a time just with the hard work and care you put into your homes!

We created a 3-minute video with the help of Grind Films to celebrate you and spread the message that no matter our differences, the pride we take in our homes is equal!

The video concludes with our updated mission statement, so please check it out! (A special thanks to our members who participated in this project!)

Star Your Bungalow on TV!
Built to Last on ABC7 Chicago is looking for bungalow owners who are undergoing construction projects using union carpenters...
... and they want to feature your project on TV!

Built to Last is a series that focuses on unique construction projects and people associated with the carpenters union. They are planning to do a piece on the history of Chicago bungalows and would love to showcase a homeowner who is in the process of restoring or rehabbing one, working with a union carpenter.

If this homeowner is you, please contact Kristin Reyer, Producer for Built to Last :
