Due to a severe bus driver shortage in Kent School District, some bus routes will likely be affected to some degree daily this school year. Learn more about the shortage impacts on families and the opportunity to become a KSD Bus Driver!
COVID-19 vaccination is not required for students in Washington at this time. However, vaccinations are available through clinics in November at KSD school buildings. 
COVID-19 Testing is available for the public at KSD Secondary Schools starting November 8.

The 2021-2022 elementary HiCap referral period is open from October 18 through November 24 to students in kindergarten, first grade, third grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade.

KSD Wellness Week is November 15-19
Physical and mental wellness are very closely connected. Mental health plays a major role in your ability to maintain good physical health. Each day will be a new challenge for staff and students to complete. After completing the daily challenge, teachers will fill out a survey and upload a photo or comment about your challenge and share it on social media using #KSDwellnessweek.
