The new member portal is almost here!

As we reported in the last edition of this newsletter, your clients will soon have access to a new member portal! On September 27, MyCigna.com will become MyCignaMedicare.com. The former will remain active until this date, at which point it will redirect to the latter.

On October 1, your clients will receive email communications with login information and relevant resources. As a reminder, members will be able to log in with their existing credentials in the new portal, but they'll be prompted to set up a new password for security purposes.

We've provided samples of each email communication to currently-registered members, so you can assist your clients with any questions they may have:

HealthSpring^SM branding updates

It's almost go-time with our HealthSpring rebranding efforts! Here are a few updates to note as of October 1:

• You will see the HealthSpring brand logo and look on all MA and PDP broker communications, including those (such as this newsletter) that also inform our CSB broker audience*.
• Medicare broker emails will starting coming from salesupdates@mabrokers.healthspring.com. Check your spam filters if you think you're missing important emails!
• Our Cigna Medicare Broker Facebook group will no longer be in use.
• Follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn @HealthSpring.
• Event branding/promotional items: Please do not share, use, or wear Cigna Healthcare-branded items when selling a HealthSpring plan, thank you. Note: Cigna Healthcare-branded materials will be removed from the StoreFront ordering site at the end of November.

*CSB-only communications will retain Cigna Healthcare branding until January 2026, when CSB product rebranding starts.

AEP retention letters

Engaging with your clients prior to AEP is a great way to increase and maintain retention. We've developed a resource to help you do this – the pre and post AEP retention letters. These retention letters provide you with the perfect opportunity to reach out to your clients and remind them of the resources and partnership that you have to offer them as their broker. The letters are currently available in English with more languages to come! See them below.

HRA payments in 2026

The role you play in helping our members connect with their MA plan through HealthSpring is so important. Because of the value we place on obtaining early insights into each members' overall health, the broker assisted Health Risk Assessment (HRA) program will continue in 2026. The program will pay you for any HRAs you help your clients complete: $100 for Special Needs Plans (SNP) and $50 for non-SNP plans.

Plan names in our online provider directory

When using the online provider directory, make sure to select the appropriate plan year to find your plan. Select "2025" to view Cigna Healthcare plans and "2026" to view HealthSpring plans. Any plans that are terming in 2025 will be listed with only Cigna Healthcare in the name. New plans or current plans that are transitioning into 2026 will reference only HealthSpring in the name.

Medicare & You handbook

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released this year's "Medicare & You" handbook, which is the official guide to Medicare. A printed handbook is being mailed to all Medicare-eligible households in late September.

Please note: Our 2026 HealthSpring plans are listed under our new company name, Health Care Service Corporation. On October 1st, you'll be able to see our 2026 products on medicare.gov under our new HealthSpring brand.

The latest Supplemental Health insurance launches

We're wrapping up the year with more availability in more states for our newest Supplemental Health products!

• Choice Hospital Indemnity is now available in 45 states and the District of Columbia, including OR as of August 18.
• Flexible Choice Dental, Vision, & Hearing Plus is now in 26 states, including SC, IA, AL, WI, NE, and LA as of September 12.
