ʻImi Naʻauao
The Hawaii Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (HASCD) is committed to giving back to Hawaii educators by providing and sharing online professional development opportunities and resources during this COVID-19 pandemic. We are excited to share our new newsletter, ʻImi Naʻauao meaning to seek knowledge or education.

In partnership with ASCD, our parent organization, we are proud to share the ASCD Affiliate Express which features relevant articles, resources and videos focused on the latest educational topics and trends. Although this is normally only for affiliate members, we felt that during this time all educators in Hawaii could benefit from these free resources. We are also excited to share other partnerships, presentations, resources along with upcoming events too!

On behalf of Hawaii ASCD, thank you educators for your dedication to the students of Hawaii during this pandemic. Your dedication, compassion and empathy has shown how much each of you care as we make sure we focus on the needs of the whole child to ensure every child is healthy, safe, supported, engaged and challenged.

Please stay safe and healthy during this time. Keep on making magical moments for all of our students this upcoming school year! Kūlia i ka nu‘u!

Sincerely yours,
President, Hawaii ASCD
