To better protect your personal information, we will be rolling out SecureNow™, which is a smart new security feature offering another layer of protection by providing two-factor authentication as you login to your PCMCU account.


Important Reminder: As we move into this enhancement, please be sure we have your current phone number on file, so you can receive your code when needed.


Update your contact info in 3 simple steps:


  1. Login to your Online Banking Account at www.pcmcu.org
  2. Click on Settings/Profile
  3. Phone Numbers: Review - Update if needed & Save

SecureNow™ Q&A


What is SecureNow™?

It's a login defense system that is designed to detect and protect online banking users. It provides multi-layered security watching for unusual login activity to help block fraud without disrupting legitimate users.


What changes will I see?

When SecureNow™ goes live, PCMCU members will be prompted to choose which phone number they would like the verification code sent to and if they would like the code by text or by phone call.


When will this new enhancement go live?

The anticipated live date is May 19, 2026. More information will be provided as we get closer including a short video tutorial.


What should I do to ensure a smooth transition for myself?

Make sure your phone numbers are accurate so you can receive the code when needed.
