2020 SEL Exchange Call for Submissions Deadline
Apply to present to 2,000+ SEL advocates at the 2020 SEL Exchange. The Call for Submissions portal will close on Feb. 28 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Reviewers will prioritize the first 1,000 submissions. Additional submissions will be reviewed as needed. 
SEL Toolkit for Superintendents
Developed by CASEL in collaboration with AASA, the new Districtwide SEL Essentials for Superintendents toolkit provides support and 10 high-leverage superintendent actions to lead a districtwide SEL movement.

SEL in Action Awards: Apply by April 10
NoVo Foundation, in partnership with Education First and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, is inviting applications for the SEL in Action Awards . Learn more
  1. School-based educators seeking to implement SEL in classrooms or schools in the 2020-2021 school year (maximum of $7,000 each).
  2. District-level applicants seeking to implement SEL initiatives districtwide and/or across multiple schools within one district (maximum of $25,000 each).
SEL Providers Council Launches
More than 60 organizations have joined the new SEL Providers Council , an effort overseen by CASEL in close partnership with members. The council brings together providers of SEL programming and assessment for collective learning, thought leadership, and action. The council is aimed at advancing quality SEL implementation and strengthening student and youth well-being.
Tool: Coordinating SEL Work with Community Partners
School community partners can deepen the impact of SEL. This tool offers guidance on how to leverage community partnerships, deepen SEL alignment and practice, and plan for communications and continuous improvement.
