Last week the Vail MLS announced a new member benefit called Forewarn. This new application allows you to get information about a potential client in seconds, with as little information as a phone number or name. VMLS members can verify a prospect’s identity, criminal records, bankruptcies, liens, judgments, address history and property records all in one place, leading to safer and more productive interactions. Read more about how to sign up for this
benefit here
.
We are hosting our first member ski day meet up on Feb 7th at Vail Mountain from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. We will meet in the yard by Los Amigos’ deck and provide one drink per member at Los Amigos. More details are listed below about this event.
Have a great week!

VBR ski and ride day is Feb 7
The first of (hopefully) many ski and ride days is set for
2:00 to 4:00 PM on Friday, February 7
on Vail Mountain.
According to our membership survey, mountain meetups and membership ski gatherings topped the list of most wanted events for the Vail Board of REALTORS to offer. VBR members are invited to join leadership and staff at the base of Gondola One in Vail Village for some runs, casual conversations, and a Friday afternoon margarita.
No RSVPs are needed to take part in ski and ride days. We will meet in the yard by Los Amigos’ deck and provide one drink per member. Ski, if you would like, or stay back and people watch from the deck.
Venture Sports’ Base Camp location will be offering services to members for a discounted rate. Do you need a tune? How about a demo of new gear? Venture Sports is offering
40% off
to participating members that day. They will also provide free day storage.
See you there!
