FITNESS
Meet our new FTR trainers!
Corrina Coffin will be teaching our new Endurance Class! She brings a lot of experience and energy to our already amazing team. She has an infectious smile and a huge heart. Get ready to sweat with her!
Bailey Hicks, a long time FTR member and beloved friend of many, will now be leading us on the mat! Bailey completed his 200-hour Yoga teacher training, and is ready to bring his passion, skills, and kindness to the FTR community!
NEW CLASS: ENDURANCE THURSDAYS at 6:30 AM
This class will still incorporate some weights; however, the primary focus will be on lighter weight and higher reps, as well as the use of rowers, assault bikes, ski ergs, and your own two legs!
We will make sure everyone gets a proper warm-up and cool-down, but be prepared to get sweaty and move for a good chunk of time.

Be sure to join Bailey for Yoga on Sundays at 10:30am.

Still not ready to come back to the gym? That's OK, we get it. Don't forget we offer a ZOOM NOON class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The link is on our website.

Terick is from West Jordan, which makes us happy that he'll be sticking around! He is doing awesome in his sobriety and is a great contribution to our community.
Thanks for being you, Terick!
