January 2020
New Year, New Opportunities
We hope you are looking forward to this new year with hope.

Make any new year's resolutions? Efforts we make to better ourselves are always to be encouraged — any day of the year. But we know from experience that broken New Year's resolutions can make us feel discouraged.

To help, we have rounded up good tips and resources to make improvements to your life and resolutions that will stick.

We look forward to another impactful year and wish you the best!

Community Input: Stakeholder Survey
You can help us improve mental health care in California by taking our annual survey ! We're seeking to understand the experiences of families, individuals, and diverse communities navigating the disparities in the public mental health system. This is your chance to share your experiences on accessing mental health care and make suggestions for what needs to improve, which we will use for the NAMI California Annual State of the Community Reports. The surveys are available in English, Spanish, Chinese (simplified), and Arabic.
