Dear Grovites,
A new year often signifies a fresh start for many people. For some, this means setting health goals, such as losing weight, following a healthier diet, and starting an exercise routine.
However, more often than not, the health and wellness resolutions chosen are highly restrictive and unsustainable, leading most people to break their resolutions within a few weeks.
Luckily, Coconut Grove is here to help you to achieve all your lifestyle goals for healthy living!
In 2022, we launched the #GROVEFIT program, a series of classes for everyone and all fitness levels, including family fitness on the weekends.
Join us for free daily wellness classes at Peacock Park and enjoy these amazing outdoor activities such as yoga, Zumba, Meditation, Hip-Hop Dance, and more! Stop by, get fit and enjoy this free and fun experience.
If you're looking for healthy and delicious options to reach your nutrition goals, here in Coconut Grove you will find everything you're looking for: vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, and organic dining experiences.
As far as training is concerned, there are many options, both free and by subscription, to please all tastes.
A healthy outside starts from the inside, so we hope that this year you fulfill all your resolutions...GOOD LUCK!
