For credit unions with in-house credit cards, a recent change has been made to the Credit Card billing program that will allow one or multiple payments to be skipped on a credit card. This change will also stop any late fees from being charged on payments skipped. The Credit Card billing program will still post finance charges on these accounts during the payment skipped period.

This feature can be applied to accounts which are current or past due. We can place this feature onsite, if your credit union requests it. Contact Support at 800-888-0766 option 1 with your request.
