"When times are tough - we move forward"
Greetings!

I was talking to Dan Tetreault, the General Manager of Newcomb Spring's Southington CT facility during the worst of the COVID-19 shutdown here in the Tri-State area. Something he said really resonated with me. He was telling me about the new CNC machining center and waterjet machine (see images below) they had just purchased to grow their rapid prototyping capabilities. "You know Newcomb" he said, "when things are tough - we move forward".

For over 100 years, Newcomb Spring Corp has weathered the storms and has managed to stay at the forefront of spring making technology. This "kan-do" attitude (if you've known them for long enough - you'll understand the reference) has helped them grow into one of the largest privately held spring companies in the United States.

Please take a moment and read below about Newcomb's capabilities and facilities, and especially about Newcomb's Connecticut office, which our home division.

As always, please contact my office if you have any questions or applications.

I hope your and your family are all well. Thank you for taking the time to read the newsletter. Stay safe.

Sincerely,
Rob

Newcomb's Locations
One of the great parts about working with Newcomb Spring, is that Newcomb has eight locations in North America to support production requirements anywhere in the country.

Each division has similar capabilities, but based on their local customer requirements also specialize in particular areas. While customers are assigned by geographic location, the plants will work with each other to offer the best price possible depending on the machinery each one has. The customers gets the benefit of eight spring houses that are networked together, while they only deal with their local facility!
