YPIE's latest data shows that our first class of 2017 high school graduates was 15.4% more likely to earn a Bachelor’s degree than similar peers. This outcome is extremely significant and even more meaningful given recent research reaffirming the value of a college degree.
I have known many of these new college graduates since they began with YPIE 10 years ago. We are cheering them on as they embark on their professional journeys and change the future for themselves and their families.
This year’s data also shows that YPIE students outperform similar students in college enrollment and persistence:
