Remembering Our Loved Ones
During the month of November we are honoring our loved ones who have passed before us by writing their names on Remembrance Cards and praying for them at all Masses. This Sunday, please take a moment to fill out a card located in the vestibule and place it in the basket next to the cards. The cards will be brought up as part of the offering and be present at all Masses in November.
Young Adults and Graduate Students (YAGS)
Young adults (ages 21-35, generally already graduated) and graduate students are invited to attend a gathering on Thursdays at 7:30pm at Roetter Hall. This Thursday, November 14, at 7:00pm they are attending Theology on Tap: Love and Responsibility at St. Vincent's Church in Mission Hills. Stay up to date with the YAGS by following them on Facebook.
Thursday Night Dinner
Bring $1 to CES on Thursday, November 14, at 6:00pm for an all-you-can-eat meal! Food is served at 6:30pm.
Serve Breakfast At Fr. Joe's Village
Jesus calls us to feed the hungry. If you would like an opportunity to carry out this mission by serving breakfast at Fr. Joe's Village on  Saturday, November 16, from 6:00am - 9:00am, please sign up or contact Rosy. Your service is very much appreciated!
Visit Senior Home and If You Want Perform
The UCSD Tzu Ching organization invites us to volunteer with them on Saturday, November 16, from 9:00am - 12:00pm at the Carmel Mountain Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a local senior home. You will spend time with the elderly and have a chance to perform in a talent show. Please click on their Facebook Page for more info. Please notify the page if you would like to perform by Tuesday, November 9, or if you plan on going by 6:00pm on Thursday, November 14.

UCSD Little Food Pantry
The Newman Center is collecting food for the UCSD Little Food Pantry and would love your support. The pantry’s mission is to address the barriers regarding social stigma and accessibility that restricts some students from utilizing the food resources at UCSD. You can find a list of items to buy on the gray collection bin in the Church vestibule.
Help Stock the Food Pantry
This month's item for the food pantry at the Community Christian Service Agency (CCSA) is Granola Bars. You can place items in the CCSA basket at the entrance of the church on Sundays.
Join other Crazy Catholics on Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the Muir beach volleyball courts for fun and fellowship!

Contributions are deductible for tax purposes. There are no transaction fees or other costs and the full value of the sold securities benefit the Newman Center. To process your donation by calendar year-end please make gifts of Mutual Funds by December 1 and Stocks and ETFs by December 15.

Prayer Vigil Opposing Death Penalty
