God Speaks to Us: An Ignatian Retreat with Scriptures that Change Lives
Begins Friday evening, September 6, and ends with lunch on Sunday, September 8, at San Luis Rey Mission in Oceanside. Presented by Fr. John Auther, SJ, Pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dr. Mindy Malik, and Adela Chang of the Center for Ignatian Spirituality San Diego. Cost is $290 for a single room and $250 for a double. The Spiritual Exercises 19th Annotation Retreat - Informational and Opening Session
An opportunity to go through the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, an experience designed for 30 days in solitude, but done in everyday life. Informational and Opening Session is on Saturday, September 14, from 9:00am to 11:00am at Casa Loyola, Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish.

Prior to the Exercises, there will be 2-3 weeks of preparation days to jointly discern if the exercises would be beneficial for you at this time in your life. For more information or to register, contact Fr. John Auther, SJ.

This month's item for the food pantry at the Community Christian Service Agency (CCSA) is Juice Boxes. You can place items in the CCSA basket at the entrance of the church on Sundays.

Young Adults and Graduate Students (YAGS)
Young adults (ages 21-35), (generally already graduated) and graduate students are invited to attend a gathering on  Thursdays, at 7:30pm at Roetter Hall. Bring a friend or make a new friend at this weekly gathering of faith sharing, Bible study, and camaraderie.
