Growing up on the North Carolina coast, the water was my playground. I had my first boat at the age of 12. However, fishing was not my cup of tea; I only enjoyed catching fish. Interestingly, the same could be said for our business endeavors. Finding “catching” the perfect associate, customer or partner can be arduous. Yet, once you land that ideal match, life gets better every day.
