Navigating New Waters

We are pleased to announce the addition of the Best Western Williamsburg Historic District to our portfolio of managed hotels. Located in Williamsburg, Virginia, this property offers 140 rooms and 3,860 square feet of meeting space. Positioned just half a mile from Colonial Williamsburg and close to Busch Gardens, it provides convenient access to local attractions.


The hotel features a full-service Mexican restaurant, a year-round pool with a retractable roof, a fitness center, and pet-friendly accommodations. Plans for a minor property improvement project are underway to enhance its offerings.


We look forward to collaborating with our new partners, Jay and Dharti Patel, and are excited about the opportunities ahead to elevate guest experiences and strengthen our presence in the Williamsburg hospitality market.
