Important ESA Information:

ESA funding for 2nd semester is now available. The process to initiate funding is similar to 1st semester.

School action:

  • OCCS will review tuition, fees and credits for all current students, and adjust the amount to be charged for 2nd semester, if necessary.
  • In some cases, OCCS may add band and/or orchestra fees.

Parent/Guardian action:

  • Odyssey generated an email notifying you that an invoice is available to review.
  • Review the invoice at Odyssey. If you have questions, please contact Lori at financial@occhristian.pvt.k12.ia.us.

To maintain ESA eligibility, approve payment through Odyssey as soon as possible. https://iowa.withodyssey.com/. Our goal is to have 100% of our families accept 2nd semester tuition and fees by January 15th.

Cricut Supplies needed:

The Middle School has acquired a Cricut machine! Students can use it for projects like History Day, Science Fair, and other presentations. We are seeking donations of Cricut materials (such as cardstock and vinyl) and/or tools. If you have any items you'd be willing to contribute, please drop them off at the OCCS Office. Thank you!

End of day arrangements:

Please make your end of day arrangements before the school day begins. If your child needs to ride a different bus or go home with another family, give a written note to your child to show their teacher and the bus driver. Any messages relayed through the office must come in before 2:00 recess. We cannot interrupt class time for last minute changes.
