Welcome New Students

We’re excited to welcome Joshua, Jack, and Maggie Joseph to OCCS! Joshua has joined Mrs. Marie Noteboom's 2nd grade class, Jack is in Mrs. Mills' 5th grade class, and Maggie is in Mr. Van Schepen's 8th grade class. Their parents are David and Alicia Joseph. Alicia is also a new para helping in Miss Timmerman's Kindergarten class.

Additionally, we extend a warm welcome to Sophiia and Arkhyp Romenkov. Arkhyp is in Miss Zeutenhorst's afternoon Preschool class, while Sophia has joined Mrs. Wolf's Kindergarten class.

Pictures Retakes:

Picture retakes will be Wednesday, October 2 at 8:30 am. You must turn in the package you received from the first sitting. If there is not a valid reason to have the picture retaken, you will need to pay your package price again and then you may keep both packages. Students absent the first time are expected to have their pictures taken. Contact the office if you need a new picture envelope.

Archery Updates:

Archery Introduction Night: Join us on Tuesday, October 22, at 7:00 PM in the gym for an archery demonstration showcasing our program. All kids and parents in grades 4-8 are invited to attend. A sign-up sheet will be available for those interested in joining the program.

First Archery Practice: The first practice will take place on Tuesday, November 5, at 7:00 PM in the gym.

Fall weather reminder:

As the weather changes, please remember to dress your child accordingly. We will have outdoor recesses in the morning and afternoon and the temperature changes quite a bit during a fall day so we encourage children to dress in layers and be prepared. Shorts are permitted until the end of October.

School year TRIP hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00am - 3:30pm. and Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am - 12:00pm.
TRIP orders are placed at 10:00am every Monday
