We have a grain account at Farmer's Coop grain elevators, (Account # is 105214). We also have an account at Ag State elevators (Account #111431). If you would like to donate to OCCS this fall harvest, just tell them it is for Orange City Christian School. 

School Pictures:

School picture days are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, September 11 and 12. Your child(ren) should have taken an order envelope home last week. Please return one envelope and payment per child on or before picture day. The order forms are

For children with glasses:

If you have concerns about glass glare, please note that we will try our hardest to minimize glass glare to the best of our ability but the only way to completely avoid glass glare is to remove lenses from your child's frames.

The Society Meeting will be Monday, September 16 at 7pm:

Join us on September 16 at 7:00 PM for our annual society meeting. We’ll be electing new board members and presenting the budget. Absentee ballots for board nominees are available in the school office and can be submitted to the OCCS office, Mr. Alons or any board member before the meeting. This is a wonderful chance to hear updates from the school, including a recap of last year, goals for the upcoming year, staff recognition, and more!

Moms In Prayer:

Moms In Prayer will be meeting at OCCS every Monday from 8:30-9:30 in the Art Room, beginning September 16th. The Moms in Prayer ministry begins with Moms coming together to pray for their children and their school, impacting them for Christ. Last year, we had between 3-6 moms meet faithfully each week and were blessed to pray scripture over our individual children, school community, teachers, staff, and students. It is a vital ministry that impacts our entire school community! Silage Piles:

We encourage all families to join us in helping with the silage piles—it's a fantastic way to build community, and the funds raised benefit the entire school.

ALL families who help with the silage piles, either by working at the piles or providing supplies, will be eligible to apply for assistance, regardless of whether you received an ESA. The application will be available after the silage pile season ends.

Thank you! We couldn’t do this without our dedicated volunteers!

All income received from the Silage piles will be split as follows: 70% will go toward the building fund and our new addition, while 30% will be allocated for participating families to use for Tuition or Food Service. Participation in the silage piles will also be one of the factors considered for those applying for tuition assistance each year.
