2026 Future Leaders Program

Growing today's engineers into tomorrow's engineering leadership

Program Objectives

This program is designed to give participants of all experience levels the opportunity to explore concepts and means by which both personal learning and business performance may be increased, with primary focus on interactive learning with a select peer group facilitated by both local and national leaders of the business community and A/E professions.

ACEC/NC Junior Board of Directors is providing a scholarship to one participant from a small firm (50 full-time employees or less) to the

2026 Future Leaders Program.
