On July 31st , the Dallas Black Chamber Center for Excellence graduated 15 students in the 2018 Summer Entrepreneurship Program, in partnership with the Circle of Support. The four-week program, facilitated by  Sheilena Dorsey of Rayne Street Consulting Group, bridged academics to business success by teaching students the basics of starting their own businesses.
