A Message from Ann Costello

Dear Amanda,

After 23 years in the most fulfilling career I could have imagined, I have decided to retire as Executive Director for the Golisano Foundation, effective June 2, 2023.

While the process of getting to this decision has been full of great emotion, I am excited for the next phase of my life.

I have loved my work at the Foundation and for Tom’s personal philanthropy. It's been a privilege to work with Tom, the board of Trustees, my staff team, and of course all of you, the dedicated people at the agencies and organizations we have supported. Together we have accomplished a great deal, launching innovative partnerships and programs and challenging systems of care to make the world a better place for people with intellectual disabilities.

I look forward to continuing our work together over the next few months to advance the mission of the Foundation. A Golisano Foundation Board of Trustees committee will be formed to appoint a successor. You can read the full press release here.
