SENIOR CHAPEL

Senior Chapel is a school-wide event where we spend time together in worship, led by our Seniors. As a school, we will pray over our Senior class with their parents and teachers and celebrate their many accomplishments. Parents of seniors are encouraged to attend this special service!

NEW HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION MEETING

There will be an informational meeting for the OCA family on Tuesday, May 16 at 7 pm in the cafeteria.

This is an opportunity for OCA families specifically to learn about the plans for the future new high school.

Field Day has been moved to Friday, May 19th.

Due to weather, field day has been rescheduled! We are asking for volunteers to sign up again!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We can’t have field day without volunteers! Please use the link below to sign up! We will provide you with all of the information you will need to run your station.

WHERE: OCA in the gym & on the blacktop

WHO: All students, preschool through 6th grade will participate in our field day.

• Preschool-1st grade students - morning session (9:00-11:30 AM)
• 2nd-6th grade students - afternoon session (12:00-2:30 PM)

!! SACK LUNCH !!

All elementary students (Preschool through 6th grade) will need to bring a sack lunch from home on Friday, May 19 for Field Day! There will not be an option to order lunch from the cafeteria that day.

LAST DAY OF AFTER SCHOOL CARE

The last day of After School Care for elementary students will be on Wednesday, May 24. On Thursday, May 25, all elementary students are dismissed for summer break at the conclusion of their awards program.

8TH GRADE PROMOTION

Friends and Family of all 8th grade students, join us for 8th Grade Promotion in the gym on Friday, May 26th immediately following Middle School Awards (at 8:00am).

E.T. MOVIE FUNDRAISER

Tickets are still available!  This is a great opportunity to watch a family movie from the 80’s with special guest star Robert McNaugton, who played Eliot’s older brother Michael in the movie.  He will do a Question and Answer Session prior to the screening of the movie.  He will also be signing autographs and taking pictures with movie goers. You can buy tickets at the door at the Omaha Community Playhouse or you can purchase them online by clicking here.

Friday, May 19: Last Day of School for Seniors. Please submit Cap & Gown Photo to Mrs. Reid.

Saturday, May 20 - Thursday, May 25: Senior Trip to Galveston, Texas

Friday, May 26: High School Awards Program; 9:30-11:00 AM in the OCA Gym. Parents are invited to attend.

MUFFINS WITH MOMS

Preschool & Pre-K students are inviting a special “Mom” (mom, grandma, aunt) in their life to school on Monday, May 15th from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the cafeteria.

2023 CLASS AWARDS - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL

All students are dismissed for summer break after their scheduled class award ceremony!

3. Click ENROLLMENT > Click ONLINE PORTAL
4. Click ADMISSIONS (on the left side)
5. Click ENROLLMENT (scroll to the bottom and click button next to student's name)

A $50 registration fee will be auto-billed for all returning students. After May 31st registration fee increases to $300.
