*Awards ceremonies will take place in the gym. All elementary students are dismissed for summer break at the conclusion of their awards ceremony.

All students are dismissed for summer break after their scheduled class award ceremony!

8TH GRADE PROMOTION

Friends and Family of all 8th grade students, join us for 8th Grade Promotion in the gym on Friday, May 26th immediately following Middle School Awards (at 8:00am).

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS

LAST DAY OF AFTER SCHOOL CARE

The last day of After School Care for elementary students will be on Wednesday, May 24. On Thursday, May 25, all elementary students are dismissed for summer break at the conclusion of their awards program.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR SENIORS AND FAMILIES

Monday, May 1: Graduation Video Pictures submitted to Codie Wirges ([email protected])

Friday, May 5: Final Payment for Senior Trip due

Monday, May 15: Turn in all OCA Chromebooks you have checked out for use at home to Mrs. Cochran.

Wednesday, May 17: Senior Chapel; 8:45-9:30 AM in the OCA Gym. Parents of Seniors are encouraged to attend!

Friday, May 19: Last Day of School for Seniors. Please submit Cap & Gown Photo to Mrs. Reid.

Saturday, May 20 - Thursday, May 25: Senior Trip to Galveston, Texas

Friday, May 26: High School Awards Program; 9:30-11:00 AM in the OCA Gym. Parents are invited to attend.

Friday, May 26: Graduation practice; 11:00 AM in the OCA Gym. All seniors are required to attend. 

Saturday, May 27: OCA Graduation; 10:00 AM in the OCA Gym

1. Log into Sycamore Ed here (OCA School Code: 1109)
2. Click MY SCHOOL (on the left side)
3. Click ENROLLMENT > Click ONLINE PORTAL
4. Click ADMISSIONS (on the left side)
5. Click ENROLLMENT (scroll to the bottom and click button next to student's name)

A $50 registration fee will be auto-billed for all returning students. After May 31st registration fee increases to $300.
