Middle School & High School Vocal Music Concert

Time: 7:00 PM (Students should arrive to the music room by 6:30 PM)

Performances: Middle School Choir, High School Choir, Ensemble

Attire: Concert black or Ensemble attire

*We will be accepting free will donations for a Hot Chocolate Bar following the concert!

We warmly invite families to join us for a school-wide Christmas Chapel on Wednesday, December 18, from 8:45 to 9:25 AM in the OCA Gym. This cherished tradition brings our school community together to worship through singing and studying God’s Word as we prepare our hearts for the Christmas season. We hope you can join us!

EARLY DISMISSAL & AFTER SCHOOL CARE NEWS



All students will be dismissing early on Thursday, December 19 & Friday, December 20.

Dismissal times are as follows:

• Elementary (PK-6th) will dismiss at 1:45 PM
• Secondary (7th-12th) will dismiss at 2:00 PM

The final day for After School Care this semester will be Wednesday, December 18. There will be no after school care on the early dismissal days.

OCA BOOSTER CLUB VOLUNTEER SIGN UP



We welcome parents, guardians, and grandparents of students from any grade level to volunteer at our home athletic events.

WHAT YOU GET: We offer free entrance into the games and a treat from the concession stand for all of our volunteers.

REMINDER: All parents of athletes have been asked to sign-up to volunteer for one event.
